«Les joyeux guérissent toujours» is Patrick Sébastien's essay on joy and optimism, published by OH in paperback (273 pages, in French).
Starting from the phrase attributed to François Rabelais that the cheerful always heal, Patrick Sébastien presents his intimate diary as a philosophy in the face of grief, defeats, betrayals and wounds. With personal anecdotes, he defends laughter as a response to an unpredictable daily life: smiling is more pleasant than crying.
The work was published on 15 March 2012 and appears classified in the categories of optimism, happiness and biography of media professionals.
For readers interested in happiness and optimism as a vital attitude, who enjoy personal anecdotes and accessible reflections.
