In 'The Prisons of Food', Giorgio Nardone, Tiziana Verbitz, and Roberta Milanese explore eating disorders from a strategic-constructivist therapeutic perspective. The book analyzes how the attempted solutions of people with anorexia, bulimia, and vomiting can perpetuate the problem. Based on empirical research, the authors propose an effective therapeutic methodology to overcome these disorders quickly. This book is of interest to psychotherapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, and students of these disciplines interested in eating disorders.
