«Las ballenas públicas» is the first comic in the Cabelloloco series, by Frank E Bom, published by Ediciones B in 1990 in paperback and in Spanish.
The comic narrates an adventure of Cabelloloco, a blond boy with a red scarf, in a world where several whales fly over a castle and a city at dusk; the classic European illustration style wraps the action in a tone of fantasy.
The full title appears as «Las ballenas públicas: una aventura de Cabelloloco», and the «1» on the cover marks it as the first volume of the Cabelloloco series.
For readers of adventure comics in Spanish, particularly those seeking works from the 1990s.
