«La spiritualité de la Rose-Croix» is Jean-Pierre Bayard's essay on Rosicrucian history and tradition, in paperback (281 pp., French, Editions Dangles).
The book reconstructs the origin of the Rosicrucian brotherhood from the three manifestos of 1617, and analyses its alchemical symbols, the figure of the 'unknown superiors' and their universal medicine. Jean-Pierre Bayard, doctor of letters and historian of religions, also reviews the current societies that claim that spirit.
Second edition (1990), in the collection «Horizons ésotériques» directed by Jean-Pierre Bayard.
For readers interested in esotericism, history of religions and initiatory societies.
