«La luz de mis días» is the contemporary fiction novel by Alejandro Melero, published by B (Ediciones B) in hardback (304 pages, in Spanish).
Two neighbours in a building, Luisa and Marifé, share routine and confidences. Luisa follows a television series about a family full of secrets with devotion and each day summarises the episodes for Marifé, a discontented housewife. Fiction ends up blending with the everyday lives of both, and Marifé's story hides as many enigmas as the small-screen saga.
It is part of the Grandes novelas collection from Ediciones B. It was published on 3 May 2018.
For readers of contemporary fiction and stories with intrigue, secrets and domestic suspense in the style of domestic noir.
