«La historia interminable» is the fantasy novel by Michael Ende, published by Alfaguara in paperback (419 pages, in Spanish).
Bastian Balthasar Bux takes refuge in a book and, as he reads it, discovers that Fantastica, an imaginary kingdom, is being devoured by the Nothing. Alongside the young warrior Atreyu, he lives an adventure in which the boundaries between reading and reality blur, and in which his own imagination can decide the fate of that world.
Originally published as «Die unendliche Geschichte» in 1979, the novel appears here in Spanish with a translation by Miguel Sáenz.
For readers of fantasy and young adult fiction who enjoy stories about books, imagination, and worlds to discover.
