«La colla dels deu» is the children's and young adult novel by Joaquim Carbó, published by La Galera in hardback (184 pages, in Catalan).
Miquei, Pàmpols, Cuquis and Eriçó form a gang of friends who help each other and enjoy being together. At the start of the school year, two new boys arrive; one, arrogant and provocative, gets his comeuppance, but nothing is as it seems. A murky story will lead the gang to face injustice without being intimidated by danger.
The special 40th anniversary edition corresponds to volume 26 of the Narrativa Singular collection. The work appears on the Honor List of the 1970 CCEI Award.
Recommended for readers aged 10 to 12, especially for those who enjoy stories of friendship and group adventures.
