«La buena terrorista» is the novel by Doris Lessing published by Punto de Lectura in paperback, with 272 pages, in Spanish.
Alice, a realistic and sensible woman, shares left-wing activism with Jasper, a homosexual, and ends up with him in a squatted ruin of a house, along with other young people eager to collaborate with the IRA. Alice paints slogans, takes part in pickets and looks after the home; with irony and humour, Lessing shows the springs of an apparently dogmatic mind.
2007 edition with translation by Mireia Bofill. Doris Lessing won the Nobel Prize in Literature in 2007.
A read for the general public, with special appeal for those seeking novels with a political and social background and complex characters.
