«Bruja Hermosa» is the children's story by José Agustín Goytisolo, published by Edebé in paperback (28 pages, in Spanish).
It tells the story of a cheerful, intelligent and beautiful girl who lives in a town where many envy her. Tired of others' wickedness, she decides to disguise herself as a witch; with that appearance she manages to spend some time without being recognized and to distance herself from those who wish her ill.
The work belongs to Edebé's Tren Azul collection, in which it is number 7, and was published in 1992.
Recommended for the youngest beginning readers: stories with simple plots, plain language and very lively illustrations.
