«La belle dame sans merci» is the medieval poem by Alain Chartier, published by Quaderns Crema in paperback (74 pages, in Catalan).
The volume brings together the text of Alain Chartier's poem with the Catalan translation made in the 15th century by Fra Francesc Oliver. Martí de Riquer's edition includes a study that presents the original work and places the Catalan version in its literary context.
It corresponds to the first edition, published in 1983, and is part of the Sèrie Gran series from Quaderns Crema as its number 5.
For poetry readers and scholars of medieval Catalan literature.
