«Junie B. Jones. Peluquera» is the children's book by Barbara Park, published by Ciro in paperback (93 pages, in Spanish).
Junie B. Jones, a girl with a determined character and a lot of imagination, visits a hairdresser's and ends up getting tangled up with scissors, mirrors and shampoo. What seemed like a simple haircut turns into a succession of zany moments and witty dialogues typical of the series' humour.
Eleventh title in the Junie B. Jones saga. Includes illustrations by Denise Brunkus and translation by Begoña Oro; belongs to the Biblioteca infantil El Mundo collection.
Suitable for early readers and primary school children, with light humour and recognisable everyday situations.

Barbara Lynne Park was an American author of children's books. She is most well known for writing the Junie B. Jones series of chapter books. She has also written several middle grade and young adult books, including Skinnybones (1982), Mick Harte Was Here (1995), and The Graduation of Jake Moon (2000). Park's works frequently visit themes of familial relationships and children's experiences in school, and she based characters on her children and her own childhood memories. Park did not allow adaptations of her works except for stage plays.
