The book collects popular jokes centred on the residents of Lepe, a town turned into the protagonist of absurd, recognisable humour. The cover sets the tone with a cartoon of two donkeys talking and wordplay such as «de Lepelicula», within a selection of short jokes and far-fetched situations.
It belongs to the Ideas collection from Edicomunicación. Edition published in Barcelona in 1989, with selection and presentation by Javier Tapia Rodríguez.
For readers interested in popular Spanish humour and traditional joke collections.
