«Històries de fantasmes» is the anthology of horror stories selected by Roald Dahl, published by Estrella Polar in paperback (240 pages, in Catalan).
Roald Dahl selected fourteen horror stories he considered the best. Fear appears on the London Underground, on a motorway near Brighton and in a sea storm; among the spectres, a ghostly hand that keeps knocking on a window stands out.
It belongs to the Biblioteca Roald Dahl collection (EP), translated by Roser Berdagué; this Catalan edition was published in 2011.
For readers aged 12 and up, especially those who enjoy classic horror, anthologies and ghost stories.
Roald Dahl was a British author of popular children's literature and short stories, a poet, screenwriter and a wartime fighter ace. His books have sold more than 300 million copies worldwide. He has been called "one of the greatest storytellers for children of the 20th century".
