«Histoires de vergers» is a gardening and fruit-growing book by Serge Schall, published by Editions Plume de Carotte in hardback (174 pages, in French).

Serge Schall brings together more than 300 fruit varieties, from those once enjoyed by peasants and crusaders to those that arrived from other continents, such as kiwis and nashi pears, and explains their origin and history, the old, regional and popular varieties, and the crosses born of horticulturists' curiosity, with photographs, engravings and old documents.

The book was published on 17 May 2013 and is a revised adaptation of «De mémoire de vergers» (2010).
