«Guillermo aporta su grano de arena» is the young adult novel by Richmal Crompton, published by RBA Molino in hardback (271 pages, in Spanish).
Guillermo is determined to prove that children can also do their bit, and he sets out to help with what he believes is his duty. The protagonist's peculiar logic clashes with that of adults and turns a simple purpose into a chain of mix-ups typical of the series.
Volume 24 of the series «Las aventuras de Guillermo»; 1981 edition, with translation by Ramón Margalef Llambrich and illustrations by Thomas Henry.
For young readers looking for a classic of children's and young adult literature.
Richmal Crompton Lamburn was a popular English writer, best known for her Just William series of books, humorous short stories, and to a lesser extent adult fiction books.
