«Gargot i Tinta» is the children's picture book by Ethan Long, published by Lata de Sal in hardback (40 pages, in Catalan).
Gargot, a cat, and Tinta, a mouse, are artists with opposing styles: he prefers portraiture; Tinta, instead, conceptual and landscape painting. That difference causes amusing conflicts and creative chaos with brushes, inks and pencils, until they discover that friendship is their best work.
Aimed at children aged 3 to 10, it serves as a playful introduction to art and visual creation.
