«El abecedario de Kate & Cat» is the children's photographic alphabet by Andy Prokh, published by LATA DE SAL in hardback (60 pages, in Spanish).
Each letter of the alphabet is presented with a black-and-white photograph of Kate and her cat's everyday life: games, adventures and tenderness. Each image suggests three words, but the book invites readers to imagine many more; thus it combines learning the letters with a poetic gaze.
Seventh title in the Gatos collection from LATA DE SAL. The work portrays Kate, the author's daughter, and her cat LiLu Blue Royal Lady.
Recommended for early readers aged 3 and up, and also for adults who love cats and photography.
