«Focus: Desarrollar la atención para alcanzar la excelencia» is Daniel Goleman's essay, published by Editorial Kairós SA in paperback.
Daniel Goleman argues that attention is exercised like a muscle and can be cultivated through mindfulness to gain self-control, empathy, and understanding of one's surroundings. He analyses good focus in education, business, sport, or art, and why rest relieves mental fatigue and daydreaming can be beneficial.
