«Endorfinas» is the health and wellness essay by Jack Lawson, published by Ediciones Obelisco in paperback (112 pages, in Spanish).
The book explains how the brain produces endorphins, natural biochemical painkillers that generate well-being and which the author compares to an internal drug more powerful than morphine. Massage, sport, music or doing what one fancies stimulate their release; happiness is a biochemical state achievable thanks to these substances.
The cover subtitle is «La droga de la felicidad». It belongs to the Salud y Vida Natural collection by Ediciones Obelisco.
For readers interested in natural health, well-being and popular science on how the body generates feelings of happiness.
