«El tallagespa boig» is the third book in the Supergata series, a children's adventure story by Guido Sgardoli (Edebé, hardback, 36 pages, in Catalan).
The cat protagonist, timid, overweight and sleepy, becomes Supergata to stop a runaway lawnmower wreaking havoc on Rosmarino Street, in an action adventure designed for early readers with easy-to-read text.
The illustrations are by Enrico Lorenzi; the translation is by Anna Carreras Aubets. The recommended reading age is from 3 years.
It's a book designed for the youngest children starting to read alone: short story, lots of action and a feline protagonist.
