«El rei Magí» is a children's story by Josep Tort, published by Cadí in paperback (48 pages, in Catalan).
King Magí adores cheese, but cannot enjoy it because the palace mice eat it. His servants Patatim, Patatam and Patatum propose solutions that multiply the parade of animals: cats, dogs, lions and elephants. This cumulative story adapted in verse from a Persian folk tale shows that everything that begins ends.
It belongs to the collection «Llegir és viure» and includes illustrations by Teresa Durán; it is the 3rd edition.
A story suitable for children aged 6 to 10, especially for those who enjoy repetitive and humorous stories.
