Off the Hormigas islands, on the Murcia coast, the Sirio appears—a transatlantic liner that sank a century ago. Its return unsettles lighthouse keeper Acosta, who recognises a promise he can no longer avoid, and blurs the line between reality and memory. A story about emigration and friendship.
Volume 203 of the El Barco de Vapor collection, Orange series, with illustrations by Gonzalo Izquierdo. Published in 2009.
Suitable for readers aged 8 to 12, especially those who enjoy stories of mystery, ships and adventure.
