Discover the life and legacy of Brother Rafael in this book by Rafael Palmero. Canonized on October 11, 2009, and named patron of the World Youth Day in Madrid, Brother Rafael left an indelible mark despite his young age. This book narrates his life as a Trappist monk, his simplicity, and his dedication to God and his brothers in the Trapa of San Isidro de Dueñas. Despite not performing notable feats, his dream of holiness came true in a few years, being beatified in 1992 by John Paul II.
