«Driftkakker» is a collection of comic-critical columns by humorist Youp van 't Hek, published by Thomas Rap in paperback (208 pages, in Dutch).
It brings together columns by Youp van 't Hek written during a year full of reasons to lose one's temper: an AliExpress package that never arrives, the neighbour who coughs, the endless pandemic, forgetful politicians, football mafias and an eternal government negotiation. The author, one of the country's most widely read columnists, turns these annoyances into satire.
The edition was released on 7 October 2021; commercial records classify it under humour and current-affairs columns.
For readers with a command of Dutch interested in satirical humour and current affairs in the Netherlands.
Joseph Jacobus Maria "Youp" van 't Hek is a Dutch author, columnist, singer-songwriter, playwright, critic and former comedian.
