«¿Dónde está la reina?» is the children's art book by María Àngels Comella, published by RBA Molino in hardback, with 32 pages, in Spanish.
Sofía, her grandmother and two friends find a pendant and decide to return it to Queen Mariana, its owner. To find her, they travel to the past, where they meet the court of Philip IV, tour the royal palace and talk with the characters in the paintings. The story thus brings the reader closer to some works by Velázquez.
Number 17 of the Children's Non-fiction collection, with edition published in 2005.
Aimed at children aged 5 to 8, it serves as a first approach to Velázquez through an adventure story.
