«Diari del Greg, un pringat total» is the illustrated humour novel by Jeff Kinney, published by Estrella Polar in hardback (224 pages, in Catalan).
Greg Heffley, a near-teenager immersed in middle school, writes a diary to recount the discomforts of his age and hallways full of older classmates. Jeff Kinney combines text and drawings to show an antihero who plans one thing and ends up doing another, with recognisable school situations and a demystifying tone.
This volume is the first instalment of the Diari del Greg series. The original title is Diary of a Wimpy Kid. The Catalan translation is by David Nel·lo; the text and illustrations are by Jeff Kinney.
It is suitable for readers aged 9 to 12 who enjoy humour and illustrated stories.
