«Demasiados ángeles» is the collection of 19 short stories by Petr Chudozilov, published by Círculo de Lectores in hardback (132 pages, in Spanish).
The volume brings together nineteen chronicles about the reality of angels: joking seraphim, destroying angels who hesitate before punishing a city, guardian angels who end up as tightrope walkers, and even a pirate angel with a wooden leg. It includes stories such as «Libro de oro de los ángeles» and «Balada del criminal y del ángel de la guarda».
The original work, «Zu viele Engel», was published in 1994; this Spanish edition is translated by Clara Janés and Jana Stancel and illustrated by Reinhard Michl.
For those who enjoy fantastic and humorous stories featuring angels.
