«De nuevo, el amor» is the novel by British writer Doris Lessing published by Editorial Planeta in hardback (392 pages, in Spanish).
At sixty-five, playwright Sarah Durham falls in love with a young actor and then with a theatre director, both much younger than her. That desire, which she thought was reserved for young women, leads her to review her sentimental history from childhood to her recent obsessions. The novel is an anatomy of love and of human psychology.
This Spanish edition was published in 1998 in the Clásicos Contemporáneos Internacionales collection (vol. 47), with a translation by Marta Pessarrodona.
Intended for readers of literary fiction who appreciate psychological analysis and love stories in maturity.
