«Darkman» is the action graphic novel by Ralph Macchio, Bob Hall, Mark Texeira and Tony DeZuniga, published by Planeta DeAgostini in 66 pages in Spanish.
Official adaptation of Sam Raimi's film: scientist Peyton Westlake, disfigured after an attack, turns to his experiments with synthetic skin to hide his face and pursue those responsible. The comic combines action, revenge and a dark tone close to 1990s superhero cinema.
Published in 1990 in the Especial Cinecómic collection from Comics Forum. The cover alludes to the award at the 1990 Sitges Festival for the film.
For fans of superhero cinema and adaptations of cult films in comic form.
