«Contes numèrics una mica histèrics» is a collection of short stories by Alegria Julià, published by Grup Promotor in paperback (120 pages, in Catalan).
In each story in this volume, numbers play a leading role: some tales play with logic until they make your head spin, others prompt counting and counting down, and some hide a secret that can only be solved by following the figures.
Published on 13 March 2003, it is a title in the Lecturas series and includes illustrations by Ramon Rosanas.
The cover itself recommends the book for ages 10 and up, so it fits as youth and school reading.
