Get ready to laugh out loud with Captain Underpants! In this ninth installment, George and Harold face a new challenge when they are dragged from prison by a time-traveling tyrant named Tippy Tinkletrousers. The boys travel back in time to their kindergarten days, where they must face a sixth-grade bully and a clueless school principal. Since they haven't invented Captain Underpants yet, they'll have to use their wits to beat the bully. Will their brains be enough to do it?
