«Bridget Jones. Loca por él» is the humour and romance novel by Helen Fielding, published by Booket in paperback (480 pages, in Spanish).
Bridget Jones is still the same funny, chaotic and endearing woman as ever, though her life has changed: she is now a mother and her boyfriend is quite a bit younger than her. Between lying about her age on a dating website, losing followers on Twitter and comparing her current courtship with Jane Austen's letters, she tries to fit into a world that keeps complicating things for her.
Third instalment in the Bridget Jones series, after «El diario de Bridget Jones» and «Bridget Jones: Sobreviviré». Original title: «Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy» (2013), translated by Mª José Díez.
For readers of romantic comedy and fans of the Bridget Jones series, especially those who have enjoyed the previous instalments.
Helen Fielding is a British journalist, novelist and screenwriter, best known as the creator of the fictional character Bridget Jones. Fielding’s first novel was set in a refugee camp in East Africa and she started writing Bridget Jones in an anonymous column in London’s Independent newspaper. This turned into an unexpected hit, leading to four Bridget Jones novels and four movies.
