«Bomarzo» is Elsa Cross's poetry collection, published by Fili d'Aquilone in hardback (94 pages, bilingual Spanish-Italian edition).
A poetry collection about separation and the transition from one era or state to another: letting go of the known leads to a new space and time, and the poetic voice, now renewed, contemplates the past with a different meaning. The work has a religious and evocative atmosphere, linked to the garden of Bomarzo and the unsettling sculptures that populate it.
The work was originally published in Mexico in 2009. This Italian edition, edited by Stefano Tedeschi and included in the I fili collection, opens with an introduction by the editor.
For readers of contemporary poetry interested in Mexican literature and bilingual editions.
