«Apio» is Gino Rubert's black humour novel, published by Errata Naturae Editores in paperback (144 pages, in Spanish).
The novel follows Apio Onix Dorantes, a blind mongrel dog, and his owner, José Alfredo Dorantes, a marine painter who exhibits his works in Puerto Banús. With black humour, violent deaths and a Kamasutra teacher, the narration uses a cutting language capable of turning a smile into a bite.
Gino Rubert's first novel, part of the La mujer cíclope collection.
For readers of contemporary fiction who appreciate black humour and stories with an artistic background.
