«Andalucía negra» is Custodio's crime novel trilogy, published by Ediciones Temas de Hoy in hardback (448 pages, in Spanish).
The work brings together three novels set in Andalusia: Granada oscura, El mar de los olivos and El triángulo del sur. A group of investigators made up of inspectors Juan Gutiérrez and Javi Gómez, along with Silvia and Alba, faces crimes that connect ritual murders, stolen babies, family conspiracies and wounds of the Civil War. Each case brings the protagonists closer to a deeper truth and a closer enemy, in a setting where local legends and the weight of the past fuel the investigation.
Andalucía negra trilogy, originally published as a self-published novel by Custodio (Custodio José Pérez Pérez) and released in this edition on 26 November 2025.
Recommended for readers of crime novels and thrillers set in Spain who are looking for a saga with police investigation and historical background.
