«Toto Bona Lokua» is the collaborative album by Gerald Toto, Richard Bona and Lokua Kanza, released in 2004 by Emarcy on CD.
The project brings together three African musicians in a repertoire fusing jazz, folk and traditional rhythms of the continent. The voices, often in harmony, are supported by acoustic instrumentation and serene melodies that turn each piece into a crossroads of influences without losing intimacy.
Recommended for fans of world music, acoustic jazz and African vocal collaborations.
