Vasco Navarro da Graça Moura, GCSE GCIH OSE was a Portuguese lawyer, writer, translator and politician. He was the son of Francisco José da Graça Moura and Maria Teresa Amado da Cunha Seixas Navarro de Castro, of Northern Portugal bourgeoisie.

Vasco Graça Moura was a multifaceted figure who combined his career as a lawyer and politician with prolific literary work.

Born in Foz do Douro, he dedicated much of his life to writing, leaving a legacy of 46 published works.

His deep passion for Portuguese literature led him to specialize in the work of the iconic poet Luís de Camões.
