«Werner, oder was?» is the humour comic by Brösel (Rötger Werner Friedrich Feldmann), published by Semmel-Verlach, in paperback (144 pages, in German).
Werner, an enthusiast of motorbikes and beer, stars in short stories and visual gags full of satirical humour. His adventures portray the German motorbike subculture of the 1980s and the character's rebellious nature.
Volume 1 of the Werner series, originally published in 1981. The subtitle «Werner, #1» confirms this.
