«Vull un germanet!» is a children's picture book by Ignasi Roda, illustrated by Sally Cutting, published by Ingedicions S.L. in hardback (32 pages, in Catalan).
Eloi asks for a little brother, but when the baby arrives home, reality disappoints him: she cries constantly and his parents are always attending to her. The protagonist feels sidelined, doubts his parents' love, and ends up convinced that asking for a toy would have been better.
Published in 2009, this story is part of the «Creciendo» series.
Book recommended for children aged 2 to 6, especially for older siblings expecting a new baby.
