«¡Votad la desglobalización!» is the political essay by Arnaud Montebourg, published by Ediciones Paidós in paperback (80 pages, in Spanish).
Montebourg argues that, for those who live from their work, globalisation has brought deindustrialisation, precariousness and inequality. He proposes deglobalisation: protecting workers in the North and the South, prioritising decent wages and social protection, and steering the productive model towards ecological conversion and the return of factories.
Published in 2011 in the Estado y Sociedad collection. Subtitle: «Los ciudadanos somos más poderosos que la globalización». Foreword by Emmanuel Todd and translation from French by Núria Petit Fontserè.
A brief essay aimed at readers interested in politics and the debate on globalisation, with a critical and programmatic orientation.
