«Vive les femmes !» is the satirical humour comic by Reiser, published by Albin Michel in paperback (79 pages, in French).
A collection of short comic strips that ironically portray relationships between men and women and everyday life. The situations, banal and easily recognisable, become sarcastic and sometimes cruel scenes, with an apparently naive tone that aims to make readers laugh and, in passing, invite reflection on roles and social conventions.
The work dates from 1981, with black-and-white interiors and a colour illustrated cover.
For readers of ironic graphic humour who want to approach French satire of the 1980s.
