«Vida de San Isidro Labrador» is the biography by Carlos Ros, published by Editorial San Pablo in paperback (104 pages, in Spanish).
San Isidro Labrador, patron saint of Madrid and of Spain's farmworkers, was a lay saint, married and father of one son. The book shows how he became holy through daily work in the fields and his family life, without leaving the yoke of oxen, and why he was the first layman raised to the altars after a canonical process.
Part of the Vidas breves collection; the edition was published in April 1998.
For readers interested in biographies of saints and Christian spirituality.
