«Un corbeau très haut placé» is the children's picture book by Jeanne Taboni Misérazzi, illustrated by Antonio Boffa, in hardback (28 pages, in French).
A crow, proud of his high position, is watched from the ground by an amused fox; what happens next is not what the classic fable would lead you to expect. Inspired by La Fontaine's «The Crow and the Fox», it places the two protagonists in a new scene and resolves the encounter with an unexpected twist and an expressive visual finish.
Illustrated by Antonio Boffa, it was published by Des ronds dans l'O in 2022 and is recommended for children aged 3 and up.
A picture book for early readers that brings a classic fable to the youngest with a contemporary visual language.
