«Un atajo galáctico» is a children's story by Rocío Antón and Lola Núñez, published by Ediciones SM in hardback (30 pages, in Spanish).
D2P2, a robot school-bus pilot, takes the children from the green planet to school on the red planet. A traffic jam pushes him to cross a black hole, and he lands on a planet inhabited by monsters. The illustrations, in the form of pictograms, replace some words to make reading easier.
It is part of the Lecturas pictográficas collection, with illustrations by Josep Antoni Tàssies. The recommended reading age is 3 to 6 years.
For early readers aged 3 to 6 who are starting to read: the pictograms help them follow the story.
