«Tres mujeres» is a collection of three stories by Austrian writer Robert Musil, published by Alfaguara in paperback (136 pages, in Spanish).
The three stories present Grigia, «La portuguesa» and «Tonka», women who condition the lives of the men around them. Musil analyses the bond between the sexes, the distance separating them and the force of desire, and suggests that eroticism can open cracks in an apparently closed reality.
The volume brings together stories that Musil published between 1921 and 1923 and that in 1924 were collected under the original title «Drei Frauen»; this Spanish edition appeared in 1992.
For readers of classic Central European fiction and of the work of Robert Musil.
