«The Ant and the Grasshopper» is the illustrated children's book by Kelly Miles, published by Miles Kelly Publishing Ltd in paperback (24 pages, in English).
This version of Aesop's fable pits the ant, who stores food for winter, against the grasshopper, who prefers to enjoy summer. The story, adapted with short sentences, is designed for little ones to follow the narrative and understand the value of foresight; Barbara Vagnozzi's illustrations fill every page, adding colour and warmth.
It belongs to Miles Kelly's Aesop's Fables collection and was published in 2016.
Recommended for children aged 3 and up and for shared read-aloud.
Kelly Miles is an American politician who served in the Utah House of Representatives from the 11th district.
