This book, written by Gustavo Gutiérrez, addresses the theology of liberation from a deep and reflective perspective. Gutiérrez, considered one of the main ideologues of this movement in Latin America, explores the background, development, and implications of this philosophical and religious current. The author analyzes how Christians have used Marxist criteria to analyze society and how various religious currents have linked to the proposal to legitimize social revolutions from a theological point of view. This work offers a complete and enriching vision of the theology of liberation, inviting reflection and debate on its relevance in the current context.
