In Berlin, Tamara, Frauke, Kris, and Wolf, friends since high school, approach their thirties with precarious jobs and secret wounds. Their lives change when they create 'Sorry,' an agency that offers professional apologies. Success comes when helping entrepreneurs seek forgiveness from their victims. However, a mysterious assignment leads them to an apartment where a woman has been tortured to death. The killer seeks absolution for his actions in 'Sorry,' dragging the friends into a nightmare. Trapped, they must discover the identity and motives of the manipulator to survive in a deadly game where the line between victim and executioner blurs.
