«Siruza y tú» is the children's novel by Paloma Bordons Gangas, published by edebé in paperback (152 pages, in Spanish).
The story begins when a nameless sailor steps onto a small islet to stretch his legs and encounters a mermaid, a real Siruza. They eye each other warily: she dislikes his hairy legs, and he is not drawn to a woman with a fish tail, though something between them begins to change.
It belongs to the Tucán Verde collection, number 75. The first edition was published on 10 January 2007.
Recommended for readers aged 10 and up, within children's and young adult literature.
