Thomas John Campbell is an American academic, educator, and politician. He represented parts of Silicon Valley, California in the United States House of Representatives for five terms from 1989 to 1993 and 1995 to 2001. He is currently a professor of law and a professor of economics at Chapman University. He has also been a professor at Stanford Law School and the University of California, Berkeley, dean of Chapman University School of Law, and dean of Haas School of Business. He also served one term in the California State Senate from 1993 to 1995.
